• Customers must be over 16 years old for drivers and 12 years old for passengers, their passport with them where they will not be able to rent equipment.
• It is requested to arrive with 20 minutes in advance. If the customer is not at the reception 15 minutes before the scheduled time without notifying of a delay, the reservation will be canceled.
